Laminaria Digitata is an extremelyophilic brown algae with a fabulous lifespan of up to 5 years. As a result, it is classed as one of the most resistant algae.

It is easily recognised by its size. It measures between 1 and 4 metres in height and consists of a thallus divided into several strips. Its colour varies from brown/green to olive-green/beige.

It can be found along the coasts of Brittany and the North and South Atlantic.

The Benefits of Laminaria Digitata for the Skin
