www.algologie.com SAS ALGOLOGIE sells cosmetic products (hereinafter referred to as the "Products") to Internet users (hereinafter referred to as the "Users") via the Website www.algologie.com. In these Terms of Sale, the User and SAS ALGOLOGIE will be collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as the "Party", and a User having placed an order will be referred to as the "Purchaser". The rights and obligations of the User also apply to the Purchaser.
PRODUCTS
The Products offered for sale by SAS ALGOLOGIE are those listed on the Website, at the time the User visits the Website, subject to availability. The photographs of the Products are for illustrative purposes only.
PRICE
All prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT at the current rate. Any changes in VAT rates may be reflected in the price of the items. Prices are quoted carriage forward unless otherwise stated on the website. All taxes, duties or other services to be paid pursuant to French laws, or those of an importing country or a country of transit, shall be paid by the Purchaser. SAS ALGOLOGIE reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but will apply the prices indicated at the time of your order, subject to availability at that time. All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros.
ORDERS
Orders will be received and accepted while stocks last. If the items ordered are no longer available, SAS ALGOLOGIE will promptly inform the customer by email or telephone and offer a similar product or refund the price by crediting the customer's bank account. In accordance with the law of March 13, 2000 on electronic signatures, any order form signed by the customer by "double clicking" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which can be rescinded only in the specific cases provided for in these terms and conditions of sale, such as "right to cancel" and "out of stock".
PAYMENT
The full payment must be made at the time the order is placed. Payment is made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or via the secure payment platform Paypal. SAS ALGOLOGIE reserves the right to cancel orders and deliveries in case of non-payment. The transfer of ownership of items purchased from SAS ALGOLOGIE by the customer will not be supported. Only the original purchaser of the goods is covered by these terms and conditions of sale.

The delivery costs are indicated in the description of your order.
Delivery is via Colissimo and is free of charge for orders that include at least €55 of eligible items.

Upon receipt of the ordered Products, the Purchaser shall verify the conformity of the Products. Any delivery issues (product missing or broken, damaged package, etc.) must be reported by the Purchaser on the receipt provided by the carrier at the time of delivery and must imperatively be reported, the same day of receipt or no later than the first business day following receipt, to the consumer service of SAS ALGOLOGIE, by email sent to contact@algologie.com or by phone at +33 (0)2 96 16 59 45. Any complaint made after this period will be rejected and SAS ALGOLOGIE will be released from any liability. If the Product(s) or package are damaged, after having reported the issue to SAS ALGOLOGIE within the above-mentioned time limit, the Purchaser shall return the item(s) in their original packaging under the conditions of Article 5 "Right to Cancel" defined below, within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the order. The return must be accompanied by a letter detailing the Purchaser's contact details, the invoice number and date, the Product code(s) and the reason for the request. SAS ALGOLOGIE reserves the right to verify the returned Product(s), investigate the reason for the request and decide whether to replace the Product(s) free of charge, with no other compensation being due. The Purchaser will be informed if the product ordered is not available. With the prior agreement of the Purchaser, a product of equivalent quality and price will be provided. If the Purchaser does not agree, a refund of the amount paid will be processed within thirty (30) days. SAS ALGOLOGIE disclaims all liability for any failure or delay in delivery due to a force majeure event, third party action or fault attributable to the consumer. The Purchaser must report any delay in delivery promptly to the consumer service of SAS ALGOLOGIE, by email to contact@algologie.com or by phone to +33 (0)2 96 16 59 45.
RIGHT TO CANCEL - COOLING OFF PERIOD
The Purchaser has fourteen (14) calendar days to inform SAS ALGOLOGIE of their desire to change their mind and cancel the order, starting on the day the order is received. In order to exercise this right to cancel, the Purchaser must inform SAS ALGOLOGIE in writing by postal mail. The Purchaser can use the form available at the bottom of the page. The Purchaser must return the Product(s) in their original packaging, at purchaser’s expense, within fourteen (14) days after notifying SAS ALGOLOGIE, to the following address: SAS ALGOLOGIE, 1 Allée des Embruns, 22610 PLEUBIAN - FRANCE. If the fourteen (14) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it shall be extended to the next business day. If the above conditions are met, SAS ALGOLOGIE will refund to the Purchaser all sums paid by the Purchaser, within fourteen (14) days after SAS ALGOLOGIE has been informed of the Purchaser's decision to cancel. SAS ALGOLOGIE reserves the right to postpone the refund until the Product(s) are received by SAS ALGOLOGIE. The initial shipping fee is €39, while the return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.
LEGAL GUARANTEE
The Purchaser benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (French Consumer Code art. L.211-4 et seq.) and defects of the thing sold (French Civil Code art. 1641 et seq.). The guarantor of the conformity of the goods is the Company SAS ALGOLOGIE, 10 Place des Victoires – 75002 PARIS. The Purchaser has a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to invoke the legal guarantee of conformity, independently of any commercial guarantee. The Purchaser is not required to prove the existence of the non-conformity during the first six months following the delivery of the Product(s). In case of non-conformity, the Purchaser can choose between replacement or refund of the Product(s), subject to the conditions provided for in Article L.211-9 of the French Consumer Code. If invoking the legal guarantee of defects of the thing sold, the Purchaser can choose between the resolution of the sale or the reduction of the sale price.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Any reproduction, use or distribution, on any medium whatsoever, of the materials published on the website and in the product catalogue without the authorisation of Laboratoires d'Armor is formally prohibited.
PERSONAL DATA
SAS ALGOLOGIE will not divulge to third parties any information provided by customers on the website. These data are confidential. We will use your personal data only to process your order and to personalise our communications, in particular through newsletters / emails, and to enhance your browsing experience on our website. Pursuant to the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, modify and delete your personal data.
APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions are subject to French law, and the French language version is the only version that is legally binding.
Any dispute arising from the validity, interpretation, execution, termination and consequences of these terms and conditions of sale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
In case of disputes, the customer may use a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative method of settling disputes, in accordance with Article L133-4 of the French Consumer Code.
